Irregular mirrors with LED lighting

An irregular mirror is the one piece in a bathroom that is not a rectangle. Tiles, the unit, the bath and the shower are all straight lines, so a wavy or free-form outline reads as a deliberate choice rather than an accident – and with LED lighting the outline itself becomes the light source.

Which shape suits which wall

A tall, narrow irregular shape works beside a shower enclosure or on the short wall of a narrow bathroom. A wider, flowing outline suits the wall above a vanity unit, where it softens the horizontal line of the unit. If the wall is already busy – patterned tiles, open shelving – a simpler asymmetric outline will sit better than a strongly wavy one.

Light on an irregular outline

The lighting follows the edge, so the shape stays readable at night and the light still reaches your face from the sides. The same choice of temperature applies as on any of our LED mirrors: neutral (4500 K on Basic LED, 4000 K on Power and Philips) or cool white 6500 K for make-up at CRI 90+, warm 3000 K for atmosphere, or the Dual version adjusting anywhere from 2700 to 6500 K.

Sizes and add-ons

Each outline is available in default sizes shown on the product page. The shape is cut first and the lighting follows it. You can also enter your own width and height to the millimetre on the product page for your chosen LED mirror. A demister pad behind the centre of the glass keeps it clear after a shower, and a touch or sensor switch, a digital clock and a Bluetooth speaker are all available. The electronics sit behind the glass, so the outline stays clean from the front.
