There's a button on the mirror itself, usually in the centre, marked with a three-wave symbol. That button turns the demister on and off.
The mirror starts to demist in the centre within about 2 minutes, and the whole surface is usually clear within about 5 minutes. We'd recommend switching the demister pad on before you shower, so it has time to warm up and stop the mirror misting in the first place.
The demister has no built-in timer, so you switch it on yourself – and you need to switch it off yourself too.
  • Touch button – lets you adjust the brightness and change the colour (with LED DualColor).
  • Sensor switch – an elegant option with a clean look. Lets you adjust the brightness and change the colour (with LED DualColor).
  • No switch – wired to your own wall switch; no brightness or colour adjustment.
  • Remote control – lets you control both the brightness and the colour of the light (with LED DualColor or RGB+CCT).
Yes, that's possible too. Just check it with us in advance, or mention it in the order notes.
Yes, the mirror always remembers the last setting you selected.
Yes, the lighting is bright enough, though it's mainly there to light up detail and to look good. We'd recommend having a main light in the bathroom as well as the LED mirror.
For bathrooms, most of our customers go for a cooler light – typically 4000–6500 K. For halls and other living areas we'd recommend 3000–4000 K.
The mirror isn't designed to be plugged into a socket. Wires come out of the back of the mirror and need to be connected to the mains supply in the wall. We strongly recommend having this done by a qualified electrician.
It comes down to personal preference. The touch button lets you adjust the brightness. If you prefer a clean, uninterrupted mirror surface, we'd recommend wiring the mirror to its own wall switch instead.
The sensor for the touch button sits behind the mirror, so a misted-up mirror is no problem.

The touch button is located on the front of the mirror. You can choose its exact position in the configurator.

Controlling the LED lighting using the touch button:

1. After connecting the mirror to the power supply, the touch switch will light up white.

2. With a short press/tap of the button, you switch on the mirror’s LED lighting.

3. By pressing and holding the touch switch, you can adjust the light intensity to your desired setting.

When combining the button with Dual lighting (CCT), pressing and holding the button will first change the colour temperature and only then the light intensity. You need to take a short pause between the individual settings (less than 5 seconds). If the pause is longer than 5 seconds, the adjustment returns to the element that was being adjusted initially.

The sensor switch is located on the front of the mirror. You can choose its exact position in the configurator.

Controlling the LED lighting using the sensor:

1. Switching the lighting on and off is activated by moving your hand near the sensor.

2. The sensor detects movement at a distance of up to 6 cm.

3. By holding your hand in front of the sensor, you can adjust the light intensity to the desired setting.

When combining the sensor with Dual lighting (CCT), holding your hand in front of the sensor will first change the colour temperature and then the light intensity. A short pause is required between individual settings (less than 5 seconds). If the pause is longer than 5 seconds, the adjustment returns to the function that was adjusted first.

Our LED mirrors come with several types of lighting, which differ in output, in the way they light and in how much you can adjust them. The right choice depends mainly on how you use the mirror and what you need from the light.

Basic LED – An LED strip with evenly spaced diodes, giving a pleasant point-source light.

PHILIPS LED – An LED strip with PHILIPS diodes, offering higher light output, better colour rendering and a longer life.

Power LED (COB) – COB strips give an even light across the whole surface, with no visible dots.

Dual Color (CCT COB LED) – Lets you adjust both the brightness and the colour temperature (from warm to cool) using the button, sensor or remote control. Thanks to the COB diodes the light is even and continuous.

RGB+CCT (COB) – Combines coloured RGB lighting with adjustable white light and colour temperature. Both the brightness and the colours are set with the remote control. COB diodes give a smooth light with no visible dots.

For both make-up and shaving, we'd recommend lighting in neutral to cool tones. Ideally go for a colour temperature of 5000–6500 K, which is closest to natural daylight and shows colours and detail accurately. A practical alternative is Dual Color lighting, which lets you adjust the colour temperature to suit what you're doing.

You'll get the best results for make-up and shaving with even lighting all the way around the mirror, which minimises shadows on the face and gives consistent light from every side.

Yes, our mirrors are resistant to moisture and steam commonly found in bathrooms.
Yes. Every LED mirror in our range is made to order. On the product page, click “Need a different size?” and enter your own width and height (or diameter) to the millimetre, with a tolerance of ±1 mm. You can design a completely custom shape without lighting in the custom-made mirror configurator. There, you can also upload your own drawing.
